What's the exact difference between the ATI Radeon 64 DDR
retail and in OEM version? I have already the retail one
but I am interested what I have more than the OEM one card
has. :)

Is it only that my reatil Radeon is clocked @ 183 MHz core/memory
and the OEM only @ 166 MHz? If it's so than is easy to overclock
the OEM using e.g. RadeonTweaker to it's full adavntage of 183 MHz
and that's it - I have a retail Radeon, am I right?

No. The retail radeon uses 5.5ns chips I think while the oem uses 6ns. So the retail is higher clocked. Yes you can overclock the oem to 183 most likely, but you can also overclock the retail. Lately however retails come with 5ns chips. They start at 200. They can be overclocked even more.
