ATI Radeon 32mb DDR

Im about to receive a Radeon DDR 32mb for review, before I install it, I was wondering if theres anything "special" that I should do ahead of time. I know some video cards have there own quirks, so if you had any problems with installation tell me about it so I don't have any headaches, thanks.

Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed (not sure about 8 actually, I mean 7.1a). I had an older version installed, and the ATI installation program makes DirectX calls when it runs -- it wouldn't install automatically! That was a pain.
