If you're gonna post a deal ,post where it's from. Thanks. In response, it's a pretty good deal if you can deal with having your core and memory clocked lower than a retail radeon, and not have Tv-out or any other features. Unless you need to keep in the 100 dollar range, you're much better off going for the Radeon 64 DDR 180-200 retail deals going here. Higher clocks, more memory, VIVO, and (as always is necessary in the case of ATI crap) much better resale ability and value. You found a good price though.

I ordered from Newegg and it came out to $107 ($99 + $8 Tax). It's a great deal.

These cheap OEM Radeons are clocked at 148/148 instead of the normal 166/166. They have a HS, but no fan. The HS is larger than the one used on the retail version, so it should be ok. If you get one, you can use Powerstrip to adjust the clock speed up to 166 or more.
