This has already been posted, and I take no credit for the find. But the subject didn't include the price!!!

Here is the thread:
NiNe's Original Thread

Its a $50 mail in rebate from ATI off of Best Buy's current price of $199.99. The rebate was NOT advertised at the store, and the salesguys thought I was crazy when I asked if there was a rebate. But as soon as they scanned it, $50 rebate!! WHOHOO!!

This is a smoking deal as is, but for you pricematchers out there... if Staples B&M carries this card w/ the rebate, I don't even want to know the price you could get it for!

I just installed mine last night. On my Celery 600 (default clock for the Radeon) Win2k:

Quake 3 Demo 1 HQ 1280x1024 41.8fps!!!

Suffice it to say, I promptly cancelled my MX backorder.. :)

Thanks again NiNe!!

(edit) This is the RETAIL Radeon 32mb DDR card! The clock on this card is 166/166. Mine easily overclocked to the Radeon 64mb DDR speeds of 183/183... YMMV

I just got back and got one for $199.99 + Tax and it did have the $50 rebate attached to the receipt, I originally went in the store and clerk tried to get me to buy a GEForce2 MX which is priced at $149.99, I told him that the radeon 32 DDR was a better card and that it has a $50 rebate, he told me that it did not and if it were to have a rebate they would have a sign next the the product showing the rebate, so I asked him if he would scan it, which he did and he told me that it had a $30 rebate, so I decided to get it anyways, and when I went to the register and paid for it the receipt showed a $50 rebate. Hehehe

ok, this sucks! I picked up my RadeonDDR last week from BB when it had the $30 rebate. Now you are telling me it has a $50 rebate!!?? Sh*t, I want the $50 rebate.

I should be able to get it, right?

Or am I going to have to return my card and buy it again.
That would be stupid.

I have not send in the $30 rebate yet.
