No it's not Retail, but OEM. You don't git the DVD software, but it does have a Heatsink/Fan. I don't know if these have to have a DVD decoder chip do they?

I bought this card last week. It was $70 + $5 shipping. It is a great card, the image quality is much better than the MX that I had and the 3dmark score is higher too.

Is the 64MB VIVO faster than a 64MB GeForce2 GTS/Pro?

64 VIVO is faster than GTS, but slower than Pro in all benches I have seen.

However, image quality on Radeon is better, and I have heard gameplay is smoother with Radeon.
