ATI Radeon 128MB 9600PRO vs. GeForce 256MB FX5600 non-ultra?

256mb is overkill even on a top end card like a 5900. By the time 256mb is really needed in games your card is going to be way too slow anyway. Plus that fx5600 is slower than a ti4200, so get the 9600 pro or you'll be kicking yourself later.

9600 Pro is the wise choice faster etc, 256MB that the FX5600 has will be usefull in what? Exactly big fat 0.

I have a Inno3D Geforce FX 5600 Ultra and IMO it's performance is very lacking, my MSI GF4 Ti4200 was able to deliver performance only abit slower than the FX 5600 Ultra.

Therefore my vote goes with the Radeon 9600 Pro because the regular FX 5600 can't even outperform the old GF4 Ti4200.
