ATI Overdrive issue

When I go into the ATI Overdrive menu it diplays this meesage, "ATI Overdrive capabilities have not been properly initialized yet. Plaese try again later"
Any thoughts?
 
If you've been using ATItool, or another program like that, and it's killed the ATI 2D/3D process that's running in the background, that's the error message you'll get until you reboot/reenable the ATI process it's looking for.
