Topic says it all. To put it nicely, ATI Tool sux big long green ones. Is there any tool out there to use for OC'ing this beast?

And if you say "ATI Tool work for me!", good on you. It doesn't for many. And if it doesn't work for everyone, it BLOWZ...

What's your problem with ATI Tool? I've never had any problems with it.. are you using Vista?

Rivatuner also works on ATI cards, check it out.

XP Pro SP2.

Loose video signal anytime I try to do anything with it.

I loaded ATI "Tray" Tools. Seems to work well. PLUS, I like the feature where you can load "overclocking" profiles when it loads 3D games. This is nice. No need to OC when you're not gaming, AYE?

I'm not sure if the 1900gt uses higher clocks and voltage when in 3d mode like the 1900xt's, but that would be one possible reason for your problem. Before overclocking, try increasing the core voltage by 0.1 or 0.2 volts and see if that helps.

edit: I personally use Ati Tray Tools to OC, and I prefer it over Ati Tool.
