ATI or Sapphire site "powered by" driver - does it matter which?

I see that I can download drivers for my Sapphire ATI Radeon 9700 non-pro from either the Sapphire website, or the ATI "powered by ATI" website. These driver files have different filenames. Does it matter which ones I use?
 
powered by drivers and built by ati drivers are the same thing. The ATI site has the newest drivers up (Cat 3.4) Grab those

What he said. You might grab a copy of the Cat 3.2's. Myself and some others have had better luck with them.
