ATI or NVIDIA Value Card???

Hello I need some help choosing a new video card for my new PC that I want to build into a home theater/sound theater sytem. Right now I have basically narrowed it down to either a ATI Radeon 9200 or Nvida GeForce 5200 mostly becasue they dont have fans so it keeps the noise level low. Again I am pretty much using this system as a home theater and I am only a casual gamer. Anyway any help on this matter would be appreciated. Thanks
