ati multimedia center 8.7

i installed this on my machine the other day and it didn't install the "tv" (tv tuner) with it. the 8.1 version which came with my product cd installs the tv tuner too and works fine. can someone tell me whether this new version doesn't include the tv tuner. my card is a 9600pro so i was wondering whether the tv tuner is disabled intentionally.

ps. the older version works fine with my pci tv tuner card.

I just installed the 8.7 cpl days ago and everything was there. I have an AIW though.

Wait until MMC 8.8 is released, supposedly next week (Dec. 16).
The latest "ATI supported" MMC version for the standalone PCI TV tuner card is 7.9.
The only reason MMC 8.1 works, is due to an ATI programming error in the setup software.

thanks for the replies. is there anyway i can tweak the 8.7 setup to install the tv tuner too. since it works for AIW i am sure is intentionally disabled.

btw, is there any good tv tuner software that is pretty stable and gives instant record, etc all the xtra capabilities? i like the ati one so far.
