How weak is this card for gaming purposes?

I'm looking at an MSI laptop with this for $699 or a Acer with an ATI 3650 for $799. Is the ATI 3650 far superior to the 2600? Enough to justify $100 price difference?

The most demanding things I would ever do are Red Alert 3 and SC2 when it comes out.
 
I'd go with the 3650 myself. Its only marginally faster than the 2600, but its also made on the 55nm process, running cooler.

SC2 isn't out yet, but I cannot see it demanding a high end graphics card to run, thats not Blizzard's style. RA3 requires a DX9c, GF 6800 or Radeon X800 or better class of card, which the 3650 meets easily. The 2600 meets those requirements too, I'd just wnat the 55nm chip over the 65nm 2600.
