ATI Mobility 9000 Driver

What laptop do you have? That chip is evidently too old to use the unified Cats on. You will have to get the driver from the laptop manufacturer most likely.
 
XP drivers for mobility chips aren't published by ATI. You need to address your notebook vendor for these.
