ATI mobile m4 card

Considering buying a Dell laptop with a 32MB ATI M4 card. Tried to check on ATI's site about M4, but having trouble seeing what the specs are...

Is this just a crap card produced by ATI, or will I be able to play DVDs and games *decently* with this thing?

My sony Viao has the M1 version of that chip (16meg), It plays DVD's just fine but thats about it........... It barely pulls 25fps in Quake 3 @ 640x480
 
DVDs should be fine, as the Rage128 had DVD playback speed and quality above most of the competition when it was selling.
