ATI MMC Settings for SVCD

I need to know what settings i should use to make a mpeg2 file that is compliant for an SVCD...the only 2 things i know are that the bitrate is 2.55mb/sec and the resolution is 480x480
if someone could give me their settings used to make svcds, it woul dbe great
