ATI MMC 7.5 and PowerVCR II 3.0 with ATI TV Wonder

Is anyone using PowerVCR II 3.0 with an ATI TV Wonder? PVCR loads really slowly on my system and it barely responds at all when it finally loads. I'm running WinXP with a GeForce DDR, an Audigy, and a TV Wonder. Any ideas?

ATI MMC 7.5 keeps having me go through the initialization wizard each time I load it and I can't get sound to work. The channel scan is really slows down my entire system and it never finds any of the channels. It also takes a really long time to scan the channels.

I'm using DScaler to watch TV but I'd like to use PVCR or ATI MMC to record. Thanks in advance.

there's an ATI MMC 7.6 out. maybe that fixes the bug?
also, powervcr II 3.0 always crashed my computer so i don't like it.
how about whatever the windvd company makes? like winvcr i think. have you tried that?

cyberlink(makers of powervcr) have still not released the ati tuner card patch that was due out in March, then April, then April 10, then mid April, now who knows....
I have mmc 7.6 works good, more cap options than 7.5
ati aiw radeon 32mb
Vdub works like a champ.....
