ATI M6-C graphics controller: how good can this card perform on a laptop?

im considering to buy a laptop with this graphics card:

ATI M6-C graphics controller;16MB external DDR video memory

anyone know how good this card is? could it like play coutner-strike, quake3, wc3 fluidly?

i've had one with that card. its about the speed of radeon LE on a desktop

the m6 is actually a 7200 i'm pretty sure. the m1 is the 7000 . i could be wrong. i dunno.
