1. Radeon VE?
2. Radeon 200?

1. Radeon VE (rv100)
2. Radeon 7000 (rv100)
3. Radeon 7200 (r100)
4. Radeon SDR (r100)
5. Radeon DDR LE (r100)
6. Radeon DDR (r100)
7. Radeon 7500 (r200)
8. Radeon 9000 (rv250)
9. Radeon 9200 (rv280)
10. Radeon 9000 pro (rv250)
11. Radeon 9200 pro (rv280)
12. Radeon 9100 (r200)
13. Radeon 8500 LE (r200)
14. Radeon 8500 (r200)
15. Radeon 9500 (r300)
16. Radeon 9600 (rv350)
17. Radeon 9800se 128bit (r350)
18. Radeon 9600 pro (rv350)
19. Radeon 9800se 256bit (r350)
20. Radeon 9500 pro (r300)
21. Radeon 9700 (r300)

23. Radeon 9700 pro (r300)
24. Radeon 9800 pro (r350)
25. Radeon 9800xt (r350)

That's approximately how their performance stacks up. I think I got most of them, let me know if I forgot any..

Great list.

Although it is not out quite yet the Aiw 9600 Pro looks to be faster than it's 9600 Pro brother

http://firingsquad.gamers.com/hardware/ati_all_in_wonder_9600_preview/default.asp

"We?ve been told by representatives from ATI that the ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 PRO will be the first ALL-IN-WONDER card to ship with clock frequencies higher than its counterpart (which is clocked at 400MHz core/600MHz memory), so the ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 PRO should be the fastest RADEON 9600 PRO card ATI offers directly."

UPDATE: 8/6/03 We've just been informed the final clock speeds of the ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 PRO: 400MHz core/650MHz memory, an increase of 800MB/sec in peak memory bandwidth.

That list is great to have thanks.

I guess they only thing that could through you off is that they really like to play the 128bit/ 64bit/ DDR/ SDR grame one the lower end cards now.

Great list. Any idea how their mobility chips rank in comparison with the desktop chipsets? I'm looking at a used laptop with an ATI Radeon IGP340M chipset. Any comments on this?

I have a notebook with the IGP320M (DDR Athlon XP chipset). It's very much like an original Radeon, but with only one rendering pipeline. I have no idea about the IGP340M.

You got me curious....is R280 (Radeon 9200) faster than R200 (Radeon 8500)????? That is impossible.
