ATI Laptop video cards

Was shopping around for a new laptop and saw the following three different ATI video cards in laptop. Anyone out there know their order in terms of power?

ATI Radeon Express M200
ATI X300
ATI X700

they also have a x800 thats 12 pipe.

I guess my question would be, what are you going to be using the laptop for? Because if it's 3d intensive at all, you'd be better off looking at nVIDIA right now.
