that's pretty aggressive, I hope the retail cards perform much better than nVidia's pci-express to agp implementation

I'm guessing that PCI Express cards will be out of my price range for some time. I'm trying not to get too excitted about this stuff... I hope ATI blows nvidia out of the water.

The AGP bus is barely used anyway. How will this help except for having a super fast memory cache? It has potential as a memory add-on (for 2D that is when memory usage is low) but otherwise I think it's useless.
