ATI HDTV Wonder Choppy HD Video

I formatted over the weekend and since then my HDTV Wonder's HDTV playback is smooth at first then gradually gets choppier and the video falls out of sync with the audio. I've tried the latest software from ATI and the software from the CD with the same results. All drivers and BIOS settings are the same as before, any ideas?

Did you install the AMD dual core driver?
