woot back from the dead, i think its been 119.99 for past few weeks, i been eyeing this over the ebay ones, since its like $10 more for new.
 
I would wait unitl about first/second week of September. My sources tell me that Nvidia is getting ready to launch their own HDTV PCI TV tuner card for about $160 with remote. He told me that the picture quality was WAY better than the other competitors so I could stick it out and wait for the reviews.

Not sure how the picture quality could be any better. The ATI card's picture is stunning. Looks just as good or better than the HD cable feed I recieved.

it would have the broadcast flag. hence limiting HD "recording".

Any HD device manufactured after july 15th has the anti piracy scheme.
