ATI graphic card power requirement?

I am shopping for an SFF... and it bump to me on the power requirement.

How much power should i consider if I am opting for:
a) ATI X800
b) ATI X700
c) ATI X600
d) Nvidia 6800 series

considering I have 1 harddisk, 1 DVD writer

The SFF I am looking at is Shuttles G5 series... there is 240watts, 250watts and 350watts version. Its sad that 350 watts is not available here.
 
Check the amps on the important rails--if you don't have enough on there to bring any rails out of spec, then go ahead. (I'd still imagine the 250W supply would be the best option out of the two you say are available. If you're worried about SFF power requirements and don't mind something a bit bigger, try an Antec Aria and your microATX motherboard of choice.)
