ATI FirePro V8750 - Recomendation?

This is an older card, which in its day was said to be 'super duper'.
I'm not much of a gamer, I do lots of Photo and video work.

It has DirectX® 10.1 support and OpenGL 3.2 support which is not too current.
Would this card be successful with newer CS6 stuff?
Would it be a good deal at <$200.00?
Anyone have any information on workstation cards?
