Im new to ATi so can someone tell me whats the difference between 5.8 with control panel and 5.8 with cat control center? I plan to use ATit tray tools and low memory useage is a plus, but what does cat control center do?
 
Catalyst control center is merely a tweaking program that ATI makes. Instead of Coolbits like Nvidia CCC allows a wider variety of tweaks as well as OCing options.
