Um I hear all the time that when ppl download drivers to update thier old ones they uninstall thier and then install the new ones, but I just install the new ones with out uninstalling and restart. Is there anything wrong with this? Just curious.

if there aren't any problems running it, then dont worry about it. however, it is recomended that you uninstall old drivers before installing the new ones.

Only use driver cleaner or uninstall the old drivers if you are paranoid.

I have owned cards from gf2 mx400 all the way up to a radeon 9800 pro, and i have cards in between from both companies. I never have had an issue with installing drivers, and I have never uninstalled them or used driver cleaner before hand.

Normally, that method works just fine.
