ATI Drivers, Artifacting Issue

I just bought an ATI 5770 and installed it with a fresh version of Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. I'm having some artifacting issues after playing games and a crash during Borderlands.

Is there somewhere I can go to get ATI beta drivers or older drivers to do testing with?

Also, I had problems with my 8800gts causing crashes to desktop and display driver failing, which is why I replaced the gpu in the first place. Could something else be causing my graphics issue (such as regular memory?) I have already replaced the Motherboard and PSU.

only two things left are RAM and CPU

I would run a Memtest86 (http://www.memtest.org/) first to see if RAM is good. However, be aware that even if memtest returns a good result, doesn't always mean your RAM is good. So if memtest returns a good result and you're system is still giving the same problem, you might need to remove all but 1 RAM stick out and then try it on each RAM slot! It's tedious work, but gotta do it!

CPU could also be the issue but rarely.
