ATI Driver isssue

I just switch from amd to intel. I didn't have to reformat windows or repair windoes. It loaded up to windows just fine. I install all of my drivers just fine, but when I install the ati 3.9 drivers and then restart my computer has a blue screen and it is really messed up. Can't see anything. then removed it and my screen was fine, but then I installed the 3.9's again and it messed up again. Well this time I can't see a thing. Before I could see some stuff. Is the problem the 3.9 drivers or not reformatting after switching from amd or intel? Here is my new setup from AMD 2500. Oh, it didn't the same thing when i installed the drivers from the ati driver disk and it is worse than ever. The screen is blue and is checkered so bad I can't see a thing! How do I get to safe mode so I can delete the drivers? Thanks

If all else fails, reformating should be tried.

Regardless, when changing motherboards, it is always a good idea to reformat.
