I am trying to install the 4.1 drivers on my son's computer. He has a ATI AIW 7500 with Windows 98se. I cleaned the old drivers out using Drive Cleaner 2.6 and went to install the new drivers and I get the floowing message everytime.

Does anybody know what this means and how I could fix it so his computer will accept the new drivers?

P.S. I tried ATI's website and it was useless.

Normally, for ATI drivers, you uninstall through Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Reboot into Safe Mode. Run Drivercleaner. Reboot into normal mode. Tell the New Hardware Found - No. Then run the install program for the new drivers. 4.1s installed fine for me, 3.10s were another matter all-together.

Maybe just a corrupt download. I installed them fine on my AIW7500 (XP however, kt133a chipset)
