ATI driver in XP

Does anyone has a problem with the ATI Radeon 32mb DDR driver for XP from ATI. When I install the driver and reboot the machine, I get a blank screen. I had to go back to the driver on the xp cd, but it does not suport OpenGL. Any response is appreciated. THanks
 
No problems. Installed the driver from Windows update which is the same driver as one the ATI website.
