ATI crossfire commandeers the nVidia 8800GTX SLI review.

Pure genius or not, AT are whores for putting an ad like that on their site... I understand that ad revenue is important to keep a site running, but that ad (regardless of the content) interferes with the comfortable reading of the site's contents, which is what we go to AT for.

edit: another downside is that crap like this has caused their website (not the forums) to load incredibly slow until you get all the crap cached...

edit2: they don't appear to have the full page ad that covers up the article anymore.

agreed, this thing is really annoying, and something I'd expect from some crap assed website, not a place with integrity like Anandtech.

I don't usually have a problem with add's, but this flash add seemed to have got through the windows pop-up blocker. Obviously it wasn?t blocked because it wasn?t a pop-up, however, it doesn?t really bother me.

Use firefox and you won't have to deal with those ads.

It popped up on my firefox browser for a couple days. It was annoying as hell.
