ATI cli.exe - What is it doing ?

Hi. I installed the new ATI 4.8 cats with the new control center. There's now some odd junk happening continously in the background ...Reg mon capture. This sequenece of events just seems to run forever. It isn't a big resource hit or anything I just found it kind of strange and seemingly unecessary as I don't even have the control panel/center even open.

Any one else using the Control Center seeing odd behavior ?
 
Hey thanks for the link, there's some real good stuff in there. Anyway, I made all of the tweaks to the .net settings and the ati startup settings. They managed to get rid of one of the running cli.exe instances, but the other is still chugging away at the registry constantly. Oh well, some progress but I hope ATI can clean this up a bit next go around.
