ATI Catalyst Driver removal utility

Anybody know of a good utility to remove the previous installed ATI driver? I had a older version of Cat. & Control Panel but I wasn't able to remove them using the Add/Remove Program. It would just reinstall themselves upon startup.

Thanks in advance.

That Cleaner looks good, thanks. But I still have trouble getting rid of the Control Panel... Anyway to manually get rid of it?

Ya.. control panel, add/delete programs......... if it leaves anything go and delete the rest manually...

Not an issue.

Did you manually uninstall the Control Panel *before* the driver in Add/Remove programs? If not, you should do it first. Then uninstall the drivers. Then run Driver Cleaner 2.0. Then check the registry to make sure every "ATI" folder has been deleted from "HKEY LOCAL MACHINE".

I just do add/remove programs, do the control panel, then the drivers. The Cat 3.8's also have an ATi software uninstaller.

Indeed by jove but the Add/Remove proggies uninstaller does remove all drivers and likewise the control panel one. They do, however, leave behind registry entries. I can only presume this has not actually been a significant problem and is only of concern to anal freaks like us because ATI only made the stand-alone installer at users' request. In any case, it does take care of everthing in one go so is easier to use and more foolproof.

Nevermind this new utility was the bomb it removed every ATI file out of the registry. I used the cat-uninstaller to remove catalyst 3.8, rebooted into safe mode then used Driver Cleaner to clean ATI files and then went to use regcleaner but no ATI files were found.
