ATI Catalyst Control Center Error

Hi guys,
I get this error every time I try to go itno ATI Catalyst control center:

The problem is I am the admin of this PC. I remember a while back I edited some settings for my ATI software to try and get my PC to run better but now I cant recall what I did. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Do you have Net Framework installed and updated to the latest version?

Frankly the Cat Control Center version of the drivers are code bloated, and I don't like to install Net Framework on a system if I don't have to. Use the regular Cats unless you really need something in the Cat Control Center.

Remove the Control Center and replace it with the good old reliable Control Panel. It does not require .NET FRamework to be installed, and can do everything you need to do.

I personally like omega's drivers better than the regular drivers.
