ATI Catalyst 3.1 with the latest Control Panel? Compatible?

Hi, the Catalyst 3.2's don't work too good wiht CounterStrike, so I decided to download the 3.1's.
I wanna know can I still use the latest control panel thing?

It might work but generally speaking it's best to use matching driver versions and control panels.

It`ll install, cos ive tryed it, but most of the tabs, like dx and ogl are missing for some reason.
