Ati bundle cinemaster locking up the computer at the setup

the screen goes crazy with a whole buncha lines once i double click on the setup.exe (or whatever its callled). currently using bulid 3063 drivers for the radeon and never ran into a compatibility issue except this one

well i guess i was trying to use the wrong version (3.1) instead the one included on the installation cd. i didnt realized the one on their website was an way older version :Q
