ATI based video with nforce2 chipset?

Yeah an nForce 2 motherboard and an ATi 9800 Pro can make for a nice, relatively inexpensive, gaming rig.

i had an nForce 2 and a Radeon9700pro. Worked like a charm.

With the older CATs and older nF2 bioses I used to encounter compatability issues that would require turning off 8XAGP support and fastwrites in the bios and enabling vid ram caching. With an old Radeon AIW I had to go as far as installing the drivers in safe mode or I'd get a drawing error moments after hitting desktop, but most of those issues seem to have been corrected now.

My ATi 9700Pro works great with nForce2.

I had a 9700 Pro before my 9800 Pro, on my Soltek NF2 board.. works perfect.
