Has anyone heard anything about the new AMR technologies that ATi is working on? any idea of motherboard manufacturers to take part in production of mobos with the new AMR Chipsets on?
From what ive heard, the AMR or 'ATi Multi Rendering' technology will be PCIe and will not require a bridging chip between the two graphics cards. Also, 2 identical cards need not be required for this to work. ie a x800XT PCIe and a x850XTPE PCIe can be used together (From what ive heard).
Can everyone add their views and what they know about this whole project here?
