ATI all in wonder VE tv- capture( Any good????)

Hey guys I was wondering if any of you have used this card. It is a pci one and I am not sure if that is a big deal.
I mainly want it to capture video. It appears to be ok using XP if I understood their site ( Microsoft that is).

Any thoughts??
