I have looked high and low for em..... didn't find any what would work for NTSC... seems the europeans developed some for the PAL systems...

i think someone asked about this in the video forums. they said something like the chip on the ati card is like impossible to crack. ur betteroff going with other cards (happauge...spelling?)
