I have a an Nvidia Geoforce 4 MX 440 128 MB video card . want to get a card with a Tv tuner in and i'm looking at the ATI All in wonder Radeon 9000 64 MB ...(as it is on special now )

I also do video editing/capture(though i'm no pro) and i'm wondering if stepping down to a card with less RAM is going to hurt ..
The ATI is supposed to be a better card (and is more expensive )

THe question is how much will VIDEO RAM matter ?

I have an Athlon XP 1800+ with 512 MB DDR RAM ( upgrading to 1GB and 2600+ CPU soon) using win XP home.

ALso if anyone has the all in wonder cards ...( can i capture video from PAl as well as NTSC sources) - i live in Canada but have many PAL tapes to convert ie does one card do both or is there a PAL version and a NTSC version

Thanks

Video Ram will not affect video capture.

North American cards have an NTSC tuner, but can capture both NTSC and PAL using s-video/composite(rca)
