I just bought my AIW 128 Pro (Rage chip?) and installed the driver for it.

For ref. I have Geforce2 pro, XP1600, DDR 2100, windows xp.

When i try to use the capture function, i get an error message saying that my drivers aren't installed correctly or other programs are using the capture function. However, I do not have any other apps open. Intution tells me I should check on the drivers, and I checked the device manager window. There was a problem noted with nVidia WCM Video Capture (universal). However, my GeForce 2 Pro board does not have a capture board. My assumption is that somehow XP thinks that the nvidia drivers are dominant so uses those drivers.

Help!

From my understanding, and I could be wrong, I thought I could find info on ATI's website, but no luck....so far, but, in order for you to use the video in/out of the AIW card it must be the primary video card, you can't use it as just a tv/capture card like how you have it setup , along side a GeForce card or any other card......I remember this issue some time ago, and before posting I was looking for info to back up.

i think the above post is correct..
i don't think u can use the vivo without the card being the primary card.

When I used my AIW radeon with my V3 for multimonitor support, I had to set the AIW as the primary card AND disable the V3 to capture video (and to properly install the drivers) or even watch TV on the PC. TV-out worked fine however.
