Does anyone where cards with this kind of rear connector can be found?

Ya know the push-in kind and not the screw in kind.
And it must be compatable with pal tv signals too.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

P.S-Is there anyway to know what kind of rear connectors will be there without opening the box?

i was lookin to buy a gfx card anyway.So i thought why not try this.
