ATI AIW - Recording Problems !!!!!!!!!!

I have an AIW 128 Pro...which has worked great for 2 years now. Lately when I record TV programs the sound and the picture are not matching up.....you know, you hear the voices and later the mouths move. I haven't changed any settings nor anything else on my system. I have updated all of my drivers, and searched the ATI site, but no luck. Any thoughts??
