ATI AIW Radeon and W2k... TV not working.....HELP HELP

Ok I've had this working before and after i formatted and reinstalled everything the tv won't work anymore. I usually just installed the multimedia center off the cd and everything worked. When i try to run the tv program i get that stupid "the tv player failed to intialize the video" error. it's says to ensure the correct video drivers have been installed and close any applications which may be playing videos.


Can anyone help..

I have dx8a and the lastest video drivers installed.
