ATI AIW Pro 32 & WIN2K...Tv Tuner won't initialize! I cant find a solution anywhere

When I look up why the ATI all in wonder's TV Tuner wont work in WIN2k, ATI's website says I need to uninstall Terminal Services. How do I do that? I cant find them anywhere
 
You can only run terminal services if you are running Win2kServer. Are you sure you are running Win2kServer?
