ATI AIW OR other????

I have the ATI AIW radeon I paid around $215 but I am thinking about dumping it on fleabay in favor of the cheaper VE version. I originally purchased the aiw in hopes of making an all in one machine to output dvd and tv to make use of the replay funtcion but the quality is not satisfactory. Will the VE perform up to the AIW and what features is it lacking? Maybe the radeon 64mb instead?

i have the aiw also.. now im running win2000 and the tv is not compatible if i enable terminal server... overall its a great card ..
