I recently built my frind a new system for Christmas but many of the components he "owes" me for. The 9800Pro AIW is one of them. I didn't have anything more suitable for him and his neaqrly free budget system at the time. Anyway, now I got an awesome deal on two 6800 cards for about $56.50 after rebate and instead of selling or trading the second, I'm wondering if I should offer to swap this back for his other card and use the AIW for trade or sale fodder. I really don't think he has a need for a TV tuner and he definitely wants to play games so he may rather have the higher performing (And cheaper) 6800.
What would you do? Because he still "owes" me for the AIW 9800 Pro (I never really set a price, just made it understood that it was only in there to make it useable and that he would have to pay me when he starts getting money if he wants to keep it), how much should he owe me for this instead? BTW, I also have a Ti4200 lying around that he could have s litlle Doom3 or Half Life2 fun with. 🙂 What he really needs is more memory (512MB).
