ATI AIW 9700 PRO TV out not available?

I've got all the latest software installed from the ATI site. Everything seems to be working fine but when I went to turn on my TV out using an S-Video cable. The option to use the TV out is not available under the advanced settings. In fact my only option is to use a standard monitor? Does anyone know what the problem might be? I can provide more info if needed, just don't know where to start. Thanks.

Control panel is installed, still no access to the TV display. It shows it there but has a red X over the connection. Same with all the other displays except for the standard one.

It turned out to be a stupid problem. I have a slightly complicated setup. I'm using an S-Video auto switch which then goes to my receiver, then to the TV. I came accross some help file within the ATI software and it stated that the card may not be seeing the TV. So I made sure I turned everything on, TV, Receiver, and set the auto switch to the right input and bingo the TV option opened up. Now I'm set just have to figure out what to do with the remote control for this card. I have to mount the remotes receiver somewhere. So just make sure your hooked up correctly and the TV is on and set to use whatever input you've got the PC hooked up to.
