I've recently built up a rig using an Epox 4PEA+ mb. It boots, loads, and runs WIN ME just fine with an ATI PCI video card. However, I got no output at all to the monitor when trying it out first with an ATI AIW 8500DV AGP card, not even during the POST. The little Epox led displays counted off each stage appropriately until it got to the "boot device seek" phase - but no video to the monitor. I tried removing and reseating the card (power unplugged, of coourse) but it made no difference. The system works fine with the older ATI PCI card, though. Epox suggested using the 9700(?) AIW card or any of a number of GeForce 4 cards. ANy suggestions are welcome.
